What one-time fees are there?
The Jade charges an application fee, waived when you apply within 24 hours of your tour and are approved, and a security deposit from $250, set by your credit. The fee schedule, including pet fees, is on What You’ll Pay.

What apartments does The Jade offer in Winter Haven?
The Jade offers luxury one and two bedroom apartments in Winter Haven, a short walk from downtown. Every home is within reach of two resort courtyards, and every amenity on the property is included with your rent.
Do you have two bedroom apartments?
Yes, The Comfy at The Jade is a 671 square foot two bedroom, two bathroom apartment with an en-suite primary bedroom.

Amenities
Are the amenities really included?
Yes, rent at The Jade includes the resort pool and hot tub, the 24/7 gym, the coworking lounge, the outdoor theater, the pet parks and every resident event, among 30+ amenities in all.
What internet service is provided?
The Jade includes high-speed Wi-Fi up to 800 megabits per second in every apartment and across the property, from the pool deck to the work booths. Each home has its own router, private network and login, and the same login works on the property's Wi-Fi.
Is there a coworking space?
Yes, The Jade has a coworking lounge with private work booths and a conference room for residents.
Pets
Are pets allowed at The Jade?
Yes, The Jade welcomes up to two pets per home at fifty pounds each, cats and dogs alike. Pet approval, breed rules and pet fees are set by PetScreening, an independent screening service. Two fenced pet parks, one in each courtyard, and a pet grooming station are on site.
What are the pet fees?
Pets at The Jade carry a pet deposit or fee of $250–350 per pet and pet rent of $15–40 a month, each set by your pet's PetScreening rating. Assistance animals are not pets, so these fees do not apply to them. Ask us about a reasonable accommodation.

How do I schedule a tour?
Book a tour of The Jade online, or call (863) 789-JADE and the leasing team will set a time that works for you.
What is the lease term?
Leases at The Jade run twelve months by default, and renewals are twelve months as well. Rent is due on the first.
What do I need to apply?
To apply at The Jade, you need a completed application per adult and a PetScreening profile for any pets. The leasing team walks you through the rest when you tour.

Where is The Jade?
The Jade is at 1150 3rd Street SW, in the middle of Winter Haven, a 15 minute walk from downtown and minutes from the Chain of Lakes. LEGOLAND is about a 10 minute drive, and Orlando and Tampa are each roughly an hour out. See the neighborhood.
