The Jade’s leasing team answers the phone and email Monday to Friday. Applying costs $60 per applicant, with a security deposit from $250, and both are listed on what you’ll pay. (Fee amounts from the property's management records; your lease is the governing document.)

Before you visit.
Book a tour of The Jade online, or call and the leasing team will set a time that works for you. You can apply the same day as your tour. The fee is waived when you apply within 24 hours of a tour and are approved. The office is at 1150 3rd Street SW, in the middle of Winter Haven, a 15 minute walk from downtown and a few minutes from the Chain of Lakes. LEGOLAND is about a 10 minute drive.
For residents.
Residents pay rent, send maintenance requests and reach the office through the resident portal. To apply online, you’ll need one application per adult and a PetScreening profile for each pet.
